Responsibilities

Define, establish, and maintain engineering outcome metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput).
Ensure data accuracy and serve as the subject matter expert in tools like LinearB.
Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and executive visibility.
Analyze metrics to identify inefficiencies and lead root cause analyses.
Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and drive accountability.
Manage and optimize tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Hexona to improve engineering workflows.
Develop training programs to ensure teams effectively use tools and follow processes.
Balance standardization vs. flexibility, allowing teams autonomy while ensuring consistency.
Lead Scrum of Scrums meetings, aligning leadership on priorities and insights.
Own Software Capitalization Reporting, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with Finance.
Monitor and improve Portfolio Backlog Readiness, ensuring smooth project execution.

Lead process improvement projects and drive key R&D initiatives.
Manage the goal-setting framework to align engineering work with company priorities.
Provide leadership with proactive visibility into competing priorities and risks.

Requirements

3+ years of Project Management Expertise
Proven experience in managing engineering or R&D operations within a software development environment.
Strong ability to analyze engineering metrics (cycle time, throughput) and drive continuous improvement.
Experience optimizing engineering workflows, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in LinearB, GitHub, Jira, Hexona, or similar engineering workflow tools.
Ability to work across engineering, product, finance, and leadership teams to drive alignment.
Experience identifying bottlenecks and leading root cause analysis to optimize development processes.
Ability to present insights and recommendations effectively without direct authority.
Advanced English

Nice to Have:

Background in engineering operations, product operations, or DevOps.
Experience working with finance teams on software development cost tracking.
Prior experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums or working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or similar metrics-driven planning methodologies.
