Gus Laredo is the Executive Chairman and President of AssureSoft Digital. With over 20 years in management, global operations, and business development, Gus turns ideas into products that reshape corporate-client relationships, with a strong focus on the contact center industry.
Gus operates out of California and has built a strong track record as a founder and technology entrepreneur in the cloud contact center space. He co-founded Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN), now a global leader in cloud contact center solutions. He later co-founded Sierra360, an enterprise mobile engagement platform acquired in 2013 by inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS) and subsequently by NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). Building on this success, Gus also co-founded Whendu, an analytics and workflow automation company acquired by Five9 in 2019. Today, he is building and scaling LigaX, a sports technology company that empowers clubs, athletes, and fans with digital tools to enhance engagement, performance, and community building.
Throughout his career, Gus has built and scaled several technology companies, establishing himself as a recognized expert in the contact center space. Gus joined Daniel Gumucio to found AssureSoft Digital, which has become a trusted partner in healthcare, customer support, hospitality, security, and renewable energy, among other industries.

Daniel Gumucio is the CEO and Founder of AssureSoft Corporation. An entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience, he has led AssureSoft to become a top nearshore software development company, headquartered in the U.S. with development centers in nine Latin American countries.
In addition to founding and leading AssureSoft, he brings deep experience in the contact center industry, which has strongly influenced his leadership style. Before AssureSoft, he co-founded and served as CTO of Sierra360, an enterprise mobile engagement platform acquired by inContact (NASDAQ:SAAS), which was later acquired by NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE). Following the acquisition, he spent 11 years as Director of Engineering for NICE inContact, where he led and grew regional development teams of over 200 engineers, upholding top-tier engineering standards. Currently, he is spearheading the expansion of LigaX, a sports technology company that empowers clubs, athletes, and fans with digital tools to enhance engagement, performance, and community building.
Daniel is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he shares insights on leadership, software development, and emerging technologies, while engaging with other senior executives across the tech sector.
