Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning to determine goals, objectives and scope of each project.
- Determine resource/skill requirements and team roles/responsibilities (RACI).
- Create and manage project plan, estimates and schedule.
- Use strong analytic skills to solve problems and make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.
- Effectively coordinate team activities to meet project milestones.
- Creating the following diagrams and documentation: PERT, Gantt, Critical Path/Analysis, Swimlane, Use Case, SWOT, Venn, Process and Workflow.
- Manage project risks, issues and decisions.
- Update Stakeholders on project progress, issues and risks.
- Responsible and Accountable for project success and delivery of business value.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with project management in the technology industry.
- Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and execute technically complex projects using BSA skills.
- Experience with business process re-engineering and change management.
- Ability to drive results with limited managerial oversight.
- Exceptional ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with Leadership and to appropriately tailor communications to stakeholders across Strategic, Operational and Tactical levels.
- Ability to rapidly accept and assimilate change (organization, process, or technology) and maintain focus on achieving post-change results.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall Project methodologies.
- Undergraduate degree in technical discipline
- Advanced English
Nice to Have:
- PMI certification
- 10+ years PM experience
- Channel (versus Direct) GTM experience
