Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams working remotely
Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work
Provide technical direction and guidance in the architecture and design of software applications.
Conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and design.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years playing leadership roles.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
Strong hands-on technical expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, etc).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development practices like CI/CD, microservices, and containerization.
Experience with Micro Frontends architecture using React.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and design principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
