Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) to promote team alignment and efficiency.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and remove impediments that may impact the development process.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Support develop and track project timelines and milestones, ensuring successful and timely deliveries.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, and product teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Configure and manage Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards to enhance project tracking and visibility.
Analyze reports and sprint metrics (velocity, burndown charts, lead time) to optimize team performance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Nexus, etc) and their practical application.
Strong facilitation skills to guide teams through Agile processes, ensuring engagement and collaboration.
Proven experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
