Requirements

Digital illustration: Expertise in creating characters, environments, and complex compositions. Ability to create illustrations in varied styles based on project identity.
Vector design: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar software to create scalable and adaptable illustrations for the web.
Digital editing and retouching: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, or other digital painting tools.
Illustration adaptation: Ability to work with existing illustrations, enhance quality, and adapt them to new styles or requirements.
Web optimization: Knowledge of exporting and optimizing graphics for lightweight, high-quality display across different resolutions.
Color and composition principles: Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling for compelling illustrations.
Iconography: Ability to create graphic elements that complement the project’s visual identity.
2D animation knowledge (preferred): Experience with After Effects, Spine, Lottie, or similar tools for lightweight web animations.
