Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
Manage and troubleshoot container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Develop and maintain configuration management using Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible.
Implement and monitor system performance using tools like New Relic, Prometheus, DataDog, or Dynatrace.
Automate processes to reduce manual intervention and improve system resilience.
Lead incident management and root cause analysis for system outages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize architecture and ensure high availability.
Manage security compliance and configuration standards in regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, PCI).
Maintain SRE runbooks and playbooks for operational efficiency

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an SRE or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Expertise in monitoring and incident response.
Strong debugging skills and experience with distributed systems.
Proficiency in Linux & Windows server administration.
Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL, performance tuning).
Experience working in highly regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, PCI) is a plus
